Collect: Work with your digital sources to retrieve and consolidate everything into one location. Removal: Identify unwanted photos and duplicates, removing them from the new library. Organize: Sort and organize your photos into a simple file structure and categories. Archive: Develop a backup strategy tailored to your needs. Project Completion: Close out the project, review tools to maximize your new photo solution, and provide maintenance guidance. (Note: A source is defined as any digital repository or device that contains photos. This might include phone, laptop, PC, external or removable storage device, cloud or online photo service, tablet, etc.)
